Do I need experience to join?
No. Every course starts with skin and hair anatomy, hygiene and product knowledge before technique, so complete beginners are welcome.
I am outside Malaysia. Can I still join?
Yes, and most students are. Madam Flora is an international beauty trainer with students in 66 countries. Everything is in English, online and self-paced. Stripe accepts international cards.
Which wax do you teach?
Non-strip hard wax, applied with a disposable spatula and removed by hand. No soft wax, no strips, no roll-on anywhere in the pathway. The reasons are explained in full inside.
What happens after I pay?
You go straight to your course portal, and Madam Flora emails your access link too. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
How long will I have access?
Lifetime, including every future update at no extra charge.
Is the certificate recognised?
You receive a Certificate of Completion from Demure Studio Academy, an Accredited CPD Provider #779355. It is not a government licence, so check the licensing and insurance rules where you work.
Is there a refund policy?
Because access is granted immediately, refunds are not available once you have joined. Email Madam Flora before buying if you are unsure which course suits you.
